
Working with the Starbucks learning teams in Seattle as Technical Director for Mindspace, I led the technical approach of their strategy for transitioning from print-based learning to digital. Through this great relationship, my partner and I were able to sign Starbucks on as the first customer for Fathom, and sign multiple award-winning projects for our team.
The training included barista simulations, videos, games, and more.
Today, all North-American employees and stores have trained on these gamified learning programs, and the Fathom platform.
